Acceptance of terms

JY Store is operated by JY SOLUTION HUB SDN. BHD. (556148-T). By using the platform you confirm that you accept these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use JY Store.

Our role as a marketplace

JY Store is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product quality, pricing and fulfilment. JY Store is not the manufacturer or seller of third-party products.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use JY Store. Keep your account details accurate, protect your login and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment is processed through supported methods at checkout. Sellers ship after payment is confirmed. Never pay a seller outside official checkout.

Buyer and seller responsibilities

Both sides must act honestly and lawfully.

• Buyers: provide accurate delivery details and pay through official checkout
• Sellers: list accurately, keep stock updated and fulfil on time
• Both: communicate respectfully and resolve issues in good faith

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform.

• No fraud, scams, or manipulated reviews or claims
• No illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
• No attempts to bypass fees, checkout or security
• No harassment, abuse or unlawful activity

Platform rights and enforcement

JY Store may remove listings, restrict or suspend accounts, hold payouts, cancel orders or investigate suspicious activity to protect users and comply with the law.

Liability and governing law
