Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days after order completion.

Eligible cases include:

• Wrong item received

• Product not as described

• Manufacturing defects

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof (photo/video) may be required

• Digital products and custom-made items are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed after seller approval and item inspection (if applicable).

Processing time: 5–10 business days.
