  • Title: Brand + Model + Key Spec (searchable)
  • Images: 800×800 recommended (3–6 photos)
  • Stock: Keep accurate to prevent cancellation

  • Shipping: Add weight + dimensions for physical items

⛔ Prohibited Items

Do not list prohibited items. This helps protect buyers and sellers.
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Counterfeit / fake brands
  • Adult content without proper classification
If violated: Listing removed • Orders cancelled • Account suspension • Payout may be held for investigation

🚚 Physical Shipping

Integrated with J&T Express.

  • Processing: Ship within 1–3 working days
  • AWB: Generate/print label from dashboard
  • Tracking: Update tracking after courier handover
  • Packaging: Use proper box/bubble wrap to reduce damage claims
Mandatory: Fill in Weight + Dimensions (L×W×H). If missing/wrong, shipping fees may be incorrect.

🔑 Digital Goods

Automated delivery for Codes/PINs after successful payment.

Important: Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered (unless proven system error / required by law).

  • Disputes: Seller may be required to provide proof of validity/source

How Payout Works

    Item Delivered Customer receives the item safely.

    Order Completed Buyer confirms “Order Received” (or auto-completed).
  • 3
    Balance Credited Funds credited to Seller Balance.
  • 4
    Withdraw Request withdrawal to your bank.
Payout Notes: Withdrawals may take 1–3 working days. Balance may be temporarily held during disputes, refunds, or policy checks.

Common Questions

Is there a registration fee?
No. Seller registration is free. Platform fees (if any) apply only when you successfully sell.
Do I need a business license?
Not required to start as an individual. However, you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and taxes. For higher-volume selling, business registration is recommended.
Can I sell both Physical and Digital items?
Yes. You can list both. Physical items require weight & dimensions for shipping. Digital items must be deliverable via code/PIN and follow digital goods rules.
What if I can’t ship within 3 days?
Inform the buyer early and contact support if needed. Repeated late shipping may affect store performance and can lead to cancellations.
Is there a fee for withdrawal?
Withdrawal fees (if any) depend on bank/payment processing. Any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm withdrawal.
